How our trade-in program works

• See what your smartphone is worth Answer some questions about your trade-in device to receive a device assessment and trade-in quote.
• Prepare your phone for trade in Pack your device once you receive the provided shipping kit, and send it in.
• Finish your trade-in process We will inspect your device to confirm or revise your trade-in quote. You may accept or decline any changes in trade-in value. The final trade-in value will be applied via credit at the time of purchase.
